At Rogue Edition, we take quality seriously. Our products are printed on demand and checked before dispatch. This policy exists to protect both you and us.

Change of Mind

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind about the design or colour

  • Incorrect details entered at checkout

Please check sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law if your item:

  • Arrives faulty

  • Is damaged in transit

  • Is not what you ordered

  • Is significantly different from the product description

If this applies, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

How We Fix It

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items only.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned without original packaging

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
